MiseGrid charges by property size based on active schedulable employees per property. MiseGrid does not charge per employee, and all core operational tools are included in every tier.
MiseGrid public pricing is property-size pricing for the MiseGrid hospitality operations platform. Starter Property, Growth Property, and Professional Property are available through secure checkout. Enterprise Property requires a custom quote.
Applicable taxes may be added and calculated at checkout.

Custom quote required for enterprise operators, multi-property groups, and complex hospitality organizations. Enterprise purchases continue through Contact Sales and do not use self-service checkout.
Every MiseGrid tier includes the operational tools hospitality teams need to forecast demand, build schedules, manage labor, coordinate teams, and run daily operations.
Published self-service pricing is loaded securely based on the selected billing cycle and the visitor location when available. If the country header is unavailable, checkout can detect location from the visitor IP.
MiseGrid may offer a 30-day trial or early-access period during onboarding. Payment information is not required for account setup unless checkout explicitly asks for it. Subscription access is provisioned after successful checkout confirmation, not by reaching the welcome page after checkout.
Customers can manage subscriptions, payment methods, invoices, cancellations, and eligible refund requests through the billing portal or by contacting support.
