Terms of Service

Terms for using MiseGrid.

These terms describe the basic rules for using MiseGrid as a hospitality operations platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing MiseGrid, or using MiseGrid on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use MiseGrid for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Description of Service

MiseGrid provides hospitality operations software for scheduling, employee management, revenue planning, labor visibility, guided operations, recommendations, reporting, and related workflows.

Accounts and Organization Owners

Organization owners are responsible for managing account access, inviting authorized users, maintaining accurate organization information, and ensuring that users follow internal policies.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of schedules, employee records, labor settings, revenue entries, business rules, and other operational information entered into MiseGrid.

Subscription and Billing

MiseGrid subscriptions are based on the applicable property-size tier or customer agreement. Billing terms, renewal dates, taxes, and payment processing are managed through MiseGrid billing.

Trials

MiseGrid may offer free trials, pilot access, or early-access periods. Trial availability, length, and conversion terms may vary by agreement or offer.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse MiseGrid, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that harms MiseGrid, customers, users, or third parties.

Data and Content

Customers retain responsibility for the data they enter into MiseGrid. MiseGrid may process customer data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Service Availability

MiseGrid works to provide reliable access, but no software service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party services, network issues, or unexpected events may affect access.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel future renewals according to the billing process available in the product or through MiseGrid support. Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or agreed separately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MiseGrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Changes to Terms

MiseGrid may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, such as the website, product, or email.
